Create Customer

Create Customer supports the creation of both business and consumer records.

The Create Customer process is primarily used for controlled accounts or in situations where a customer needs to be created prior to verification. Customers can be created independently of the verification process but must always be created before an account can be set up. While customer verification is typically required, in the case of controlled accounts, the customer details may be needed only for reference purposes to manage funds.

Update Customer

Updates to customer attributes can be made using the update APIs for both consumer and business entities.  You can inquire on an existing customer record to obtain the unique identifier to perform the necessary updates.
