This API facilitates the creation of business records within the platform. Multiple options are available to define the business relationship during the onboarding process.
Please note that some of these non-default behaviors require additional configuration.

Create a verified business

By default, this API performs a Know Your Business (KYB) verification on the provided business data. A business record is created only if the KYB verification is successful.

Create a verified business without KYB check

In specific scenarios, client applications may choose to perform the KYC verification independently prior to invoking this API. This approach provides greater flexibility and control over the business onboarding process.
To create a business in this manner, the KYB reference ID must be supplied in the kybId data element. This reference ID is returned when the KYB Verification API is called.

Create unverified business before KYB check

Depending on system configuration, it may be possible to create a business record before completing the KYB check. Some clients may opt for this approach to initiate the business relationship early and enhance business engagement.
