Configuration
Statement Template Selection
Infinant Statements have 2 Template Types, which are auto selected based on the product type
- Non-Interest Bearing Accounts: This template is used when non-interest bearing checking accounts are being used
- Interest Bearing Accounts: This template is used for all Savings and Interest-Bearing Checking Accounts.
Branding Configuration
For Infinant Statements the layout and table structures are fixed. However, the branding can change by Program. Here is what is configurable:
- Statement Logo: This allows the bank to cater the statement logo to their Partner, so that the statement can align with the banks branding
- Contact Info: This allows the bank to use their Call Center information or their Partner's Call Center Info
- Bank Disclosures: As agreements and offerings vary from partner to partner, a bank's disclosures may also vary in the statement, the bank can specify those here, and vary them by program.
All of these configurations are setup during the partner onboarding process, and changes are managed by Infinant's Support Team.
Other Configurations:
Changes Layout, Transaction Descriptions, Fee Tables, Interest Accruals ... are not supported by Infinant today. Such changes can be supported through our partner ecosystem, or Infinant can provide data extracts to any third-party service provider for statements that the bank approves.
Interlace Console
The Interlace Console provides access to review statements within an accountholder’s account details, giving the bank or fintech service representative the ability to view and answer any inquiries from an accountholder.
