Universal Payment API

For specific application user cases, Interlace supports the ability for the bank or program partner to define criteria that will route the payment to the proper payment rail.

This is referred to as a Universal Payment API and it makes payment routing easier for the digital application and less friction for the end user.

The Interlace platform supports various decioning factors based on parameters of the customer, account, and payment attributes that can be provided through the API to make the proper real-time routing. Interlace provides seamless interfacing between the Univeral API and the Interlace payment rails. Interlace applies all holds, limits, and approals based on the routing including tracking of all fees associated with the program.
