Reissue card

https://api.infinant.com/interlace/cards-api/v1/cards/reissue

Reissue a card is is used to either reissue or replace a card. A reason for the reissue must be selected. If the reason is Damaged, the card is reissued with the same PAN but an updated expiration date and CVV2. If the reason is Lost, Stolen or Other then the PAN is deactivated and replaced with a new card number.
